    Experience: 6-8 years apparel Web merchandising experience as well as general Web experience necessary. Skills: Must have excellent Excel skills, knowledge of Adobe lnDesign and comfortable working with Web-based tools. Additional expectations: Must hold onto and maintain the brand-essence in all merchandising, partnerships and collaborations Must love working collaboratively and be eager to partner with new teams Must be open and communicative, driven, enthusiastic and motivated by new possibilities Must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting in front of groups at all levels Must be willing and able to see the bigger picture and understand how the work transcends across all channels in order to elevate brand Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Must have a creative mindset and an interest in product trends Must demonstrate enthusiasm for design and design-culture Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Partners with the Leader of Web Merchandising and the Buying Teams to set up seasonal documents and compelling customer-focused merchandise assortments Attends all seasonal line presentations and feedback meetings, collaborates with buying team to develop and create seasonal assortments and stories for the company's ecommerce initiatives, including omni-channel, wholesale partnerships and the growth of additional product lines and special size business Works with models to merchandise looks that execute Web stories and create looks for Shop-by-Item categories and featured areas of site for multiple product lines Shares and presents merchandised looks with wholesale and retail teams each season Creates and maintains seasonal merchandising documents of photography briefs, inspiration mood boards and looks and anchors each season for each product line with a clear strategy in order to be passed off to advertising team for photography Partners with the Visual team in connecting messages on site with those in-store and in wholesales channels Partners with Copy team for feature stories, home pages, anchors and emails and connects it with copy in store Partners with Graphics team to brainstorm new layouts for stories, home pages, anchors and emails Partners with wholesale merchandising to maintain product assortment of petite and plus-size product that aligns with key messages of the season Partners with Web buying, advertising and wholesale merchandising for the creation of Plus looks, messages and strategy for the site Participates in brainstorming new Web opportunities and growth opportunities for new business and company initiatives by partnering with wholesale, merchandising and teams on all existing product lines Partners on email strategy to help grow special size and new product line businesses on the site Plans into magazine area of the site seasonally for new ways to call out special product Collaborates with associate site merchandiser to maintain story intention so that it is executed properly in monthly site launch Creates an assortment and styled shot list for EF participation in Spring app Coordinates, attends and styles the shoot for the spring app images (also used in social media) Maintains awareness of site, product and photography inspiration from other retailers and Websites Constant awareness of top of market trends, competition and eco functionality.
